Title:      AN ACT OF LEGISLATION CONSENTING TO THE APPOINTMENT 
            OF UOSA GENERAL COUNSEL

Section 1:  This Act shall be known and may be cited as AN ACT OF 
            LEGISLATION CONSENTING TO THE APPOINTMENT OF UOSA 
	    BRANCH GENERAL COUNSEL 2007.

Section 2:  PURPOSE. The purpose of this Act is inherent in the Title, 
            in accordance with The Executive Branch Act of 2004, 
            Section 4(B) "The President shall appoint Directors with 
            the advice and consent of the Legislative branch.".

Section 3:  CONSENT. General Counsel: Robert H Choate.

Section 4:  This Act shall become effective when passed in accordance 
            with the UOSA Constitution.
